As of my adolescence I was bathed by mom who always did everything herself (clothing, painting on silk and other, boat and house decoration...). The discovery of the islands made known to her floated wood. She used it to decorate her living room and her garden. On its return of Guadeloupe there was even in the containers of the removal !!

It's at the time of a visit my parents, now intalled in Port-Navalo, wich I was completely allured by a lamp that mom had just created out of floated wood, without counting the decoration of her veranda ! In short, it is this day that I had the REVELATION " me too, I can and I want to do as much of it !".

As of my return of Brittany, I precipitated with my childrens on the beach and I collected as much floated wood than my trunk could contain some, then I launched out !!!

And there was my meeting with Cécile (Au fil de l'eau), a formidable woman, my "double". We are both in admiration in front of floated wood. We make any unit, the collecting of wood, the chirstmas markets, exhibitions ....

We create each one on our side, with our own style, but our priority is to leave floated wood such as we found it NATURAL.

Wood that I work is just brushed, to clean it and some times washed (only water). All my creations are made with the floated wood such as I collected it !
